Driven Customs is AMAZING!! 🙌 Best in the area by far. Fair pricing and the QUALITY is unreal — you seriously won’t find work like this anywhere else. Dmytro was super clear on the phone and took the time to explain the differences between the tint options, which we really appreciated. My entire company ended up getting their tints done here — that’s how good they are! So worth it!! ⭐️

Made an appointment mid week and was supposed to be seen for ceramic tints this Friday (09/06/2024) at noon. Arrived to their South Elgin location (attached to Key West Car Wash and detailing) and Custom Driven flaked. No show or no text, and I even waited a half hour just in case. The joint detailing company sharing the building space even tried to contact Eugene and Custom Driven for me and were super helpful. They couldn’t get a hold of anyone either. The whole interaction/process came off as supeeer unprofessional, and makes me question whether I’d trust them to apply tints. Will probably end up finding a different tint provider - but, if you’re in need of detailing, hit up Key West in South Elgin. They were way more professional and customer service oriented.
